Ljubljana Airport is the closest but Trieste, Klagenfurt, Zagreb and Venice are all practical options as well. Ljubljana can be reached by taxi, shuttle, bus or train. . It really does make sense to also look at nearby airports such as Trieste, Venice, Klagenfurt, Graz and Zagreb, and to consider the use of public transport or a shuttle for onward travel. The airport transfer provider GoOpti now offers a 5 euro discount for conference participants; to claim it, use the code RFLI2JQVVK91 when booking.
Ljubljana is a busy congress centre and hotels tend to fill up quickly, which is why we suggest making a booking as early as possible. We would like to suggest uHotel as good value for money; the special offer for conference participants is 140 euros per night for single occupancy (155 for double occupancy) for bookings made before 3 August 2022 through this link; Airbnb might be an interesting option as well. There is also still some budget accommodation available close to the faculty building, so please do get in touch if you are interested. Due to limited capacities, participants are requested to handle all arrangements themselves.
